She has great attention to detail, explains her thought process and what she’s doing, and helped me decide on a nail shape that best suited my hands! I am a new client of Heidi. I’ve only had three visits and have been so happy with my results. I am new to “dips” and love how long lasting they are. The color selections are great. When you go to other nail salons, it’s not a personal experience. When you go to Volker Nails, you get Heidi. Don’t expect her to get you in on a walk in basis. She books well in advance. She’s that good! Can’t recommend more highly!
